That's all for now - Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the MOO Warehouse Crew!
I put up my Christmas tree last night but I wanted to use my camera more so this is my attempt at being artsy around the house. I'm obsessed with light and how it reflects. Enjoy it. It's been a gloomy week so got no good lighting! I took the night ones at 5 AM and the stairs around 4 PM today. Yes, I put my christmas tree in my room. It's nice to look at!
I needed some things urgently and it was plates and drinking glasses and some storage tins. Obviously I tend to go for old time looking things. I was so happy when I found a good dinner set that is supposed to be very durable. I went to Goodwill in downtown. Very nice people working there. I got some spatulas and measuring spoons but no need to picture those! Just wanted to share excitement.
So I guess I should announce Tom and I are no longer a couple. I'm still working at our work place and everything is fine between us. So we're cool.
I got a studio apartment right where I wanna be in downtown for a good price. Its a loft and I would show you the bed room but I haven't got that straightened out yet. I have never lived by myself so I'm excited about it! I park my scooter inside and so its real cozy in here. Haha but enjoy the small photos of a apartment not quite pulled together. I didn't show the bathroom because well, not much to see! Enjoy!
I love reading the blog "Cute & Nast" (hiii stephieeee!) and so when they offered free stickers, I signed up quick! I think these stickers are adorable and look great on the scooter. :D :D :D :D I came out of bed this morning to have my scooter run for a little bit and to put this nifty embellishment on!
I wish there were better weather conditions but what can you do? December is a dreary month.
It's well and truly upon us now, the beautiful golds and bronzes are fading to mucky browns as we stumble towards the end of another year. I think it's quite a fitting entry, seeing as my time at Vox is also winding down. I won't be leaving altogether and won't be deleting old content but my head has been turned by another platform, one that's a little more photo-centric and has given me more viewing pleasure and inspirational imagery in the last couple of weeks than Vox has all year.
Everything about my photography has become stale lately so I've done a little trading (up, down and around) of equipment and sought some fresh ideas. When Spike posted about his move to aminus3 I took a look and liked what I saw. Initially I resisted the temptation to sign up, but found myself going back and browsing there more than I look around Vox or even Flickr, eventually deciding to give it a whirl. So far they're proving to be a talented and friendly bunch!
So I served a little while but I wanted to get some photo time in with bands, since I'm at the club a lot. I love the lighting at The Brewery it's so pretty when I look at it, and these are attempts at catching it. The band Of Colour played and they are a good band! CHECK THEM OUT! The keyboardist was filling in for tonight and she normally performs with New Artica. Also check them out! But yeah that was my night. Enjoy the photos!
